I have a passion for creating happiness through my love of being creative with balloons. As I always like to say, ā€œ Balloons make everyone smileā€ and I just love to see people happy and smiling. If you are wondering how I got into the balloon business, here goes – I have always loved being creative and that love deepened even more so once I had children. In the middle of us being locked down, due to covid, I thought Iā€™d try my hand at making a balloon creation for my daughters birthday, as I always like to get my children balloons for their special day. I watched numerous YouTube videos then let my creative juices flow. I was so happy with the result and wanted to do more, so once we were let out of lockdown I took my first course, which was so motivating. Before I knew it I had the balloon bug and found a new love for creating happiness for people through balloons. Some of the first balloons I created were for young children and close friends. When we were just starting to be allowed out again, I delivered personalised bubble balloons to their doors that said they are doing amazingly, as we thought it would be a nice idea after all the home schooling theyā€™d gone through. I was sold once I saw each childā€™s smile. My passion just grows stronger and stronger and I truly hope Ro Designs London Ltd will be around for many years to come, getting bigger and bigger and making more and more people smile because of my balloon creations.

Terms and Conditions

A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking, your date will not be held until this has been received. Deposits are non-refundable and after 2 days of securing your booking the materials will have been bought so I will be unable to edit designs already confirmed but will be able to add more if needed. We understand some things are out of your hands and for that reason we would be willing to carry your deposit over to another date as long as we have the availability, but we will only allow this if arrangements are adjusted within 7 days of your event date.

The remainder of your balance must be paid within 7 days of your event and once received is non-refundable and no changes can be made to your event design or booking date at this point.
(Cancellations in less than 7 days of your event will unfortunately result in losing your payments altogether, as materials and preparations would have already started, and we will not be able to offer an alternative date either)
